Arnold is telling us in his quote that if you don't have goals set you won't be successful. It also tells us that you need to know your goals to reach them. This is a great quote because it show if you don't plan out your goals it will be hard to reach them. It also says to plan your goals out to achieve them, like what we are doing with the life planning journal.A good example of this quote would be if you want to go to college and you don't plan it out you won't ,be as successful. Another good example would be if you want to buy a house and don;t plan it out, it will most likely to be rushed.
