Duties and Responsibilities: A radiation therapist treat cancer and keep record of the patient. They also located the tumors with X-rays. The radiation therapist supervise the radiologist and see how they are working.

Salary: A radiation Therapist makes  about 77,560 USD a year.

Education: To be Radiation therapist you need at least an Associate’s degree. To be one you also need to have training from programs.

Demand for this profession:Employment of radiation therapists is projected to grow 14 percent from 2014 to 2024, much faster than the average for all occupations. The risk of cancer increases as people age, so an aging population may increase demand for radiation therapists.


Reflection: I would not want to be one because it looks out of my range.
